The lone wolf spirit has resonated with me for as long as I can remember. But it wasn't until Q2 2026 that several critically important pieces fell into place. Somewhere between attending my first local convention and an unexpected career change―BWC no longer remained an entertaining idea but became a reality. These words are not A.I. generated. There is a deeper meaning. The color blue is a power color commonly used throughout the modern business world. In ancient folklore the wolf symbolically represented strength, loyalty and wisdom. If you've read my BWC Origin Story blog then you already know why it ends with, "Comics." Essentially the wolf is a symbol of independence from the corporate machine.

Wolves do their best work in the shadows and avoid conventional paths walked by countless people before them. Naturally, this misunderstood behavior often carries a negative connotation. I see it as a positive trait as this archetype complements my personal approach towards business ethics, product quality and entrepreneurship. Preserving memorabilia from my youth is the main objective―everything else is a side quest! I have no intentions of selling the majority of my collection anytime soon.
