The Secret New America

(1) Preamble: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

(2) Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 reads, “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."

   The United States Constitution was written for the “United States of America.” It went into effect in 1789 and replaced the Articles of Confederation. The Constitution pre-dates Washington City located in the federal District of Columbia (1790―1791). The District of Columbia, a corporation-like public entity for governance, was foreshadowed in the Constitution: Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, “To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of Government of the United States…”

The opening Preamble says, “We the People of the United States.” After the Organic Act of 1871 the District of Columbia had been updated. The United States of America (un)officially became the United States. If that’s the case. This implies the President of the United States of America doesn’t actually lead the nation. He most likely follows orders given by the federal governing entity overseeing the country―Washington, D.C. (aka United States).

Therefore; the federal District of Columbia has had authority over the entire nation since around 1871 because it’s not entirely bound to the founding principles of the Constitution of the United States of America based on linguistic interpretations from a legal framework. Even though Congress, via the US Constitution, supposedly still has authority over the District of Columbia. I think there’s a missing link between the two organizations that the public is unaware of. This would explain why the Government can seemingly get away with just about anything without consequences (i.e., Natural Law vs Commercial Law).

United States of America = United States = America = USA = U.S.

[The phrase “United States of America” appears only twice throughout the nation’s constitutional text.]

  In the context of plain English the above words and acronyms obviously describe the same thing. However, in a legal context there does appear to be a legitimate distinction between United States (as a nation of people) and United States (as a federal government). It’s a play on words (legalese) and isn’t talking about the same thing because the US Constitution, being a legal document, wasn’t written using simple English. The United States of America was Constitutional based. The United States (Washington, D.C.) is not. The United States has authority over the United States of America. The Civil War (1861-1865) partially justified the need to usher in the updated District of Columbia for the New America.

Some people think the shift happened around the Home Rule Act of 1973 but I don’t think so based on the issue of property rights being attacked roughly 40 years later. Prior to 1913 Americans owned, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913). The Federal Reserve (which is not federal and has no reserves) belongs to the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.). This is why I suspect there was a power shift of some sort around 1871 above other revision dates. The current condition of the nation is largely the result of consequences accumulated decade after decade from agreements made behind closed doors!

The Constitution gives Congress authority over the District of Columbia but Washington, D.C., based on my understanding, isn’t necessarily attached to the Constitution. The federal territory that is Washington, D.C. has had several key updates since its inception including the Organic Act of 1801, Virginia portion returned (1846), Organic Act of 1871, and Home Rule Act (1973). The last one was also signed into law by Richard Nixon after America was removed from the “gold standard” in 1971.
